Saving money at the hairdressers

I love going to the hairdressers, but do find that the costs can very quickly add up often resulting in one visit costing close to £100. Although I love the pampering and time relaxing while having my hair done, the cost often puts me off meaning that I leave it far longer than I should do simply due to money.
If you are looking to have a colour and also need a cut, then don’t get tricked in to paying for a blow dry unless you want your hair styled in a particular way. If the hairdresser is colouring your hair then they should dry it off so see how the colours have come out, if they are cutting it too then you should be charged for a cut but not necessarily a blow dry.
Many hairdressers will charge you for a colour and then cut and blow dry unless you pick up on it. You can also ask for it to just be rough dried saving you on average £20 for a blow dry.
