Last year was a bit of a wash when it came to Christmas outings. The UK was plunged in to very strict restrictions meaning most Christmas parties and gatherings were cancelled and households could only mix in very small groups only on Christmas day. New years eve parties were cancelled up and down the country and the sparkle dresses had to be packed away for another year. Although this year is looking more hopeful, with cases rising at the rate they are, no one knows exactly what is likely to happen and it could be that yet again our plans have to go one hold. Lots of people have decided to hold their Christmas events earlier this year to give them more certainly of them happening but mixing close to Christmas does run the risk of getting the virus and having to isolate over the festive period. It is important to allow yourself to get dressed up from time to time, even if you are staying at home for Christmas, putting on a new outfit can really lift you mood. We also need to try and support the retail sector which has suffered a lot throughout this pandemic, and so a bit of retail therapy can go a long way to support that.

With Christmas just around the corner and so far, Christmas gatherings are permitted, many of us are dusting off our dancing shoes and trying to plan our outfits. You need to ensure that you post regularly to keep your readers interested. Often bloggers will post every few days if not every day. People can usually subscribe to a blog to allow them to be notified when a new post has been added. You should also set up a page on the social media sites such aa Facebook to allow you to promote it.

Most people interested in fashion love to read about new trends hitting the catwalk but they also like to see fashion tips and ideas that are affordable. Some of the fashion magazines tend to only promote designer labels which may be out of reach for many of us. Showcasing clothing from high street stores is likely to mean your blog appeals to more people.

Wedding have been able to resume again this summer and many happy couples are excited to be able to finally tie the knot after what feels like a life time of complications. If you have been invited to a wedding then it is important to try and find out a bit about the big day so you can plan your outfit accordingly.

Many people love the opportunity to get dressed up for a wedding but before you purchase your special outfit, you need to ensure that you understand what sort of occasion it is going to be. If for example, the wedding is going to be outside then you may need to wear something a little more practical and warm. If the wedding is going to be a lot less formal than usual then you may not want to wear a suit as you could appear too over dressed.

You may have to think about what footwear you are going to be wearing first as some dress etc do not go with flat shoes as well.
