With winter now well on its way, many of us have started to dig out the winter coats again and wrap up. For some people a coat is just something you put on when you’re going out the door but for others it can be part of their outfit and often seen as a fashion accessory.

Often you may find that one coat is not suitable for all occasions, you may want a coat you can wear when going for walks or playing out with the kids in the garden, a coat for out and about in town or on the school run and a coat for when you want to dress up for an evening out. With all of these in mind without even considering the colour combinations, it is easy to see why some people end up with so many coats.

If you want to be savvy then why not try and chose a few coats that will fit in with a number of occasions. Coats that have removable hoods / or fur can often be good as it allows you to change the look of the coat easily. Also investing in a cheap roll up mac type coat can save space and allow you to carry it around with you.
